You can also choose from a wide variety of stock images to put on the front of the card. These birthday cards can either be printed out from your computer or sent by e-mail to your friends and family.
Another way to personalize your birthday greetings is to make the card completely on your own. While this might seem like a lot of work, it’s actually very simple. All it takes is a bit of imagination, and some basic arts and crafts supplies.

Writing Birthday Cards

First, take a sheet of construction paper; it’s a good idea to pick the favorite color of the person you are giving it to! Fold the paper in half, so that it looks like a normal greeting card, making sure that you crease it firmly so that it will stay folded. Then, all you need to do is write your personal birthday greeting on the front or inside, and add whatever kind of picture you think the person would like. Favorite ideas include pictures of you and them together, or whatever things might interest the person, such as sports, cars, or nature scenes. Just take the picture and glue it to the front of the card with a glue stick.

Whether you decide to use an online service to print out a card or send one by e-mail, or you create one completely on your own, writing your own birthday greeting is a special way of letting people know you care!
