Liquidated Damages Provision Forms

This form is a provision setting out a formula for establishing liquidated damages if the lessee defaults under a personal property lease.

Such provisions are valid and enforceable so long as the damages specified are reasonable in light of the harm from the default or other act or omission that is anticipated at the time the lease is executed.
